Learning: The project lasted for 2 and a half months under the supervision of helium marketing in Karachi, Learnt how to interact and influence consumers through direct selling, Team motivation techniques, how to persuade the retailer to promote my product, one to one consumer interaction taught me how different consumers react to new products & how the market leaders were operating in the market. Result: Amongst the Top 4 Brand Ambassadors, Highest Target Swaps (Brand Switching) Achiever overall. Brand Ambassador Coca-Cola Minute Maid Launch Karachi 2008 Responsibilities: Direct sales of Minute Maid Pulpy Orange 500 ml bottle, influencing and creating brand awareness, interacting with consumers, sampling of the Minute Maid Pulpy Orange drink, collecting and recording customer feedback. KPIs: Meeting target sales for the day with a consistent increase in the target sales per day, supervising and evaluating the daily interaction and its resulting performance. Result: Highest sale generating team, Project executed with job well done! Learning: Stress management and meeting of tight deadlines, Human Resource management along with allocation of finances and human capital, organized & attended 36 training sessions in 2 years, managed a department with 18 members & indirectly managed human capital of 36 individuals.
