Via a rough estimation, Engine Power Required is 26278.36 kW
Via Holtrop Calculations, the BHP is 29064.291kW
The over-estimation in power, using Holtrops method, may be due to the fact that it is ideal for
vessels with CB 0.8, and this LNG carrier has a CB of 0.774.
