INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CANDIDATE

Fill in your name exactly as on your SSC/O-level certificate. The applicant who has done O/A-level or other equivalent qualification will have to submit equivalence certificate of marks obtained from the Inter Board Committee of Chairman (IBCC).

Submit the following documents with your application.

Attested photocopies of SSC / equivalent certificate along with detailed

marks sheet.

Attested Photocopy of HSSC-I detailed marks sheet. Attested photocopies of Intermediate/ equivalent certificate along with
detailed marks sheet.

Attested photocopies of equivalence certificates, if applicable. Two passport size recent photographs. Attested Photocopy of CNIC or Form B (if CNIC not issued).

Last date for submission of forms is July 24, 2011

Instructions for submission of downloaded application form

Read the instructions regarding eligibility criteria carefully as
given in the University Prospectus.

 With the completed application form attach a Demand Draft (DD)

in favor of HITEC University of Rs.1500/- drawn-on any branch in Taxila.

Dispatch the application form with documents and Demand Draft

on the following address before July 24, 2011: The Registrar, HITEC University, Taxila Cantt.

Admit card along with the University prospectus will be sent to

applicant address on receipt of above documents.

Entrance test shall be conducted at HITEC University on July 31,

2011
