letter from the president

5 time has come
Synergy has reached another major milestone, and this is a
big one. With seven conferences under our belt and a
growing demand to go regional
stock of where we are and what we need to move forward.

From a simple gathering of 80 women in 2004, we have
touched the lives of over 1000 women and a growing number
of men. Our message is unique. We have a reputation for
depth and honesty and have become a voice in the

C .
Over the past 8 years, not only have we become increasing aware of the enormous untapped
potential for the gospel that resides in the women Synergy is reaching, we have awakened to a
global crisis impacting millions of women and girls. The cost to the cause of Christ is staggering
if this vital human resource remains untapped. Never before have more women been ready to
serve. Never before has there been a greater window of opportunity for the whole gospel to
transform the lives of so many.

We have imp^d
done over the last 12 months. As one ministry leader told me, 5 We

sponsors/partners
SWN benefits significantly from the support and collaboration of other organizations. This year
we launched a seminary sponsorship program, which we hope to expand in the future. These
