Prior to mobilization; conduct the Safety tool box talk to the workers to be aware Imco/Client on the possible cause of hazards in the working area. X-Ray

Prior to start x-ray work, a hot work permit must be submitted to gain client end user approval. X-ray activity must be carried out in the fixed area. . .(..) X-ray devices must be approved by Client or end user before use. The x-ray activity must be carried out during the night or other restricted working hours as agreed. Alarm signal/flashing lights must be installed including barricading of exposure areas.

Make sure, gauges / recording devices & test accessories are tested, calibrated and having valid calibration certificates. Follow approved test procedure and use trained personnel to operate and monitor the activity.
