Welfare Residential Association

The central concept of this project is to enable tenants/owners to raise complaints with the residential management in an easy way. By using this application tenants/owners can easily rectify there problems in their apartments by just sending complaint to the administrator. It takes very short time for performing the process. The administrator in-turn notifies the employee who will work on fixing the issue. Apart from organizing complaints, Database maintenance is another important aspect of this system. The authority maintains the database of users and as well as employees. Users can also choose the employees based on their performance grade that was given by the management. This application also features a forum as a medium for Owners/Tenants to discuss and post opinions. .
