Subject: Supplementary Examination Batch 2008 July 2011

Supplementary Examinations for courses with Grades I and F will be conducted from 7th July 2011
onwards, As per the datesheet Attached.
Procedure for applying for Supplementary Examination

Log into your chalkpad account

Go to Re-Exam tab
Select the courses in which you want to appear
Press Submit button
A form will be generated (Check that you have enabled pop-up)
Print the form, check the details and sign.

Students should submit the form duly signed and along with the DD in favour of Chitkara University,
Payable at Chandigarh, for the required amount of fee (In sealed Envelope, through post / courier)
at the following address

Cash or DD will not be accepted at Sector 9
Forms will not be accepted by hand at Sector 9, to submit forms by hand, please submit
them at Campus, Chitkara University, Himachal Pradesh.

Fees:
For First Course Rs. 3000/- and for Subsequent Courses Rs. 1000/(To be paid even if a student has appeared in earlier supplementary examination)
Last Date for submission of form along with fees is 2 July 2011, After that a late fees of Rs. 1000/- will
be charged till 5 July 2011. After last date no form will be accepted. This also holds for change in
course code. University Will not be responsible in case of postal delays, loss of form or fees in transit.
Grading
Full 100% percentage weightage will be given to the exam regardless of whether it is detainee or UMC
or make up or improvement etc.
