Each email ID (name@yourdomain.com, name2@yourdomain.com etc.,) will be provided with a password protected web based panel to manage for yourself your E-mail account password, redirects, auto-responders and server based anti-virus & anti-spam protection. Emails accounts can also be set on the Google Apps Mail System - Standard Edition which is a free-of-cost service for domain owners from Google(R) where each email ID has a 7Gb space with password login, POP3, SMTP and Webmail access. Please note offer from Google Apps is subject to change without notice and is strictly subject to availability and confirmation by the system. Our role is limited to setting up the account and linking it with your domain and your website hosting server at no additional cost to you. Total Renewal Costs (Second Year and Onwards). The second year and onwards renewal will include : 1. Cost of Domain Name Renewal. 2. Annual Hosting Costs. ( includes updated backup and minor corrections as & when requested), 3. Annual Updating Costs if contracted for. 4. Additional taxes if any imposed. Domain Name Renewal: will be done at the applicable rate of the registrar as may be announced on the date of renewal. Additional E-mail Accounts: Maximum number of IDs currently available are 49 (forty-nine) for your use for your domain on the Google Apps Free of Cost Mail System - Standard Edition. Please note offer from Google Apps is subject to change without notice and is strictly subject to availability and confirmation by their system. Web Site Updating (where regular updating is required): will be done at extra annual charges or at per incident charges, based on nature and periodicity of updating required. Can be quoted only after study of work involved. This will be applicable from the first year itself, if regular updating are required in the first year. Additional Pages/Photos beyond original order added at a later date: can be designed and added at any time during the hosting contract at a fixed additional one time cost of Rs. 195.00 per page or 4 photos. Exclusions (These are available at extra costs on design and may need additional hosting features). Full Flash Pages, Long Specification Tables, Shopping Carts, Database Applications, Members Directory Database, Member / Website Visitor Password Login Access Options, Scripting applications, Blogs, Chat Rooms, Streaming Media etc. are not possible in this package. Such work will have to be quoted for extra on study of work involved. TAXES & LEVIES: At present there are no taxes and levies that are applicable to this offer. HIDDEN CHARGES: There are no other hidden charges in this offer. TERMS & CONDITIONS: Payment: Advance payment of Rs. 3850.00 is to be made along with your written order. Balance payment (depending on the design pack chosen) after completion and approval of design matter prior to uploading on hosting server. All Cheques/Drafts to be made in favour of: CENTURY WEBSITES payable at KOLKATA. Web Site content matter in the form of Raw Text, Photos, Company Logo and Header Style, is to be provided by you at the time of order. All Text matter has to be sent via e-mail to our given e-mail address or be put on CD. Text should be in MS-Word, Lotus Word Pro or MS-Note Pad formats. All images should be either .JPEG, .GIF, .PSD, .PNG, .BMP or .TIFF formats. Adult Materials and Links to adult sites are not allowed. Running of SPAM or Mass mail is not permitted via the web hosting and e-mail accounts. Domain Registration, Web Hosting & E-mail Services will be active within 24/48 hours of receiving of order with advance payment. Web site design work can be completed within 21/30 days from date of receipt of full matter. This offer is valid for acceptance within 31st March 2010.
