ABSTRACT

With the increase in demand of the automobile lubricating oil, there is an ongoing need to carry out a market survey on the daily demand of the same. Initially the survey is carried out in West Bengal. I have investigated the approximate market potential of automobile lubricating oil and also carried out a study to analyze the market position of Indian Oil as compared to other competitors. The investigation is both theoretical and practical with the detailed report on all aspects of survey. This report describes the analysis of the present and estimation of the future market trend of the SERVO lubricating oil, one of the high-end products of INDIAN OIL.
