However, the coverage depends upon the substrates. temperature will retard the setting time and higher temperature accelerates the setting time. DESCRIPTION WATERGUARD LP is a two part polysulphide based waterproofing coating which provides a chemically resistant coating for walls, terrace, balconies, roof slabs, storage tanks and portable water tank. The cured film is extremely tough, flexible and has a smooth, hard, semi-glossy surface with good slip resistant property. WATERGUARD LP has excellent adhesion property & ensures flexibility to take care of thermal expansion contraction. A scattered system with WATERGUARD LP coating can also be done in which colored aggregate is applied along with the WATERGUARD LP coating. The system can be described as follows: First the SAFECORE WB PRIMER primer is applied on the prepared surface. On the primer, apply first coat of WATERGUARD LP coating and immediately the colored aggregates are scattered on it which sticks to the coating properly. The following day if any excess aggregates occurs it shall be removed from the surface using a clean brush prior to the application of second coat . After this is done, a second coat

of WATERGUARD LP is applied on the surface. As WATERGUARD LP is available in different colors it can match with any required color of the aggregates. USES WATERGUARD LP can be used for various kind of concrete & steel surface leakage areas like roof, slabs, water tanks, swimming pools, sewage tanks, retaining walls, lift shafts etc. PACKING & COVERAGE WATERGUARD LP is supplied in 5 kg. pack. consisting of resin and hardner with a coverage of 12-15m per two coats. However the coverage depends upon the surface.

WATERREPELL S
Universal silicon base water repellent < Excellent water repellent. < Excellent resistant to UV light. < Gives a self cleaning, hydrophobic surface to masonry, concrete and asbestos sheeting. < Minimizes efflorescence and prevents growth of fungus. < Economical and very easy to apply < Prevents entry of moisture into the walls, but allows the surface to breathe. < Colorless hence maintains natural color of walls. DESCRIPTION WATERREPELL S is a ready to use, silane siloxane based repellent which penetrates in concrete or cementitious

substrate pores, providing an effective water repellent protective coating. Their UV resistant property makes the film durable for outdoor use. The use of silicone retards or prevents the changes in the surface appearance by resisting the deterioration effects occurring due to atmospheric attack. Due to its excellent water repellent properties, dirt and other atmospheric impurities are washed off by rain and its clean appearance is maintained for a longer period. Also, WATERREPELL S prolongs the clear appearance of buildings and minimizes efflorescence. USES WATERREPELL S is suitable for external application such as exterior walls of brick or concrete blocks, cement renderings, asbestos cement, concrete and all types of stone, including

limestone. Also used as an injection damp coarse fluid and provides a durable barrier to water penetration of porous surfaces. PACKING & COVERAGE WATERREPELL S is available in 1, 5, 10, 50, 100 ltrs. carboys. 1 Ltr of WATERREPELL S will cover approx. 4 to 5 m of surface depending upon porosity and surface texture. Normally one coat is sufficient.

WATERGUARD LIQUID MEMBRANE

Liquid applied single component elastomeric waterproof coating BENEFITS < Liquid application and easy to apply. < High build properties and ensures rapid application. < High elasticity, ensuring a permanently flexible barrier over a wide range of temperatures. < Thermal stability. < Excellent adhesion. < Outstanding resistance to oxidation and brittlement. DESCRIPTION WATERGUARD LIQUID MEMBRANE is a single component high performance waterproofing membrane with high elasticity and low water permeability based on modified bitumens, copolymers and a carrier solvent. WATERGUARD LIQUID

MEMBRANE is highly resistant to aggressive soils and soluble salts providing an effective continuous barrier and protection against water born damage. WATERGUARD LIQUID MEMBRANE is ideally suited as a vapour/salt barrier to building facades behind granite, marble, stone cladding, and curtain wall elements. It has an elongation at break of about 900 %. USES WATERGUARD LIQUID MEMBRANE is particularly suitable for a wide range of applications including wet areas, foundations, basements, terraces, retaining walls, bridge abutments, inverted roofs and remedial repairs to felt, asphalt, concrete, fibreous cement or other roof structures when protected from exposure to direct sunlight.

PACKING & COVERAGE < Available in 20 kg pails. < Coverage: 3-4 m/kg at 1mm WFT. Coverage rate will vary with substrate condition and profile.

Coverage: 4 to 5 m/kg per coat. WATERGUARD WM (F) : Single pack, trowel applied, cementitious, fibre reinforced, water proof screed which is to be used along with Waterguard-A as primer. 10 mm thick screed provides excellent water tightness, resists hydrostatic pressure, compensates mortar shrinkage and ensures perfect bond. Recommended for terrace garden, basement, water tank, reservoirs, etc.. Coverage : 25 Kg.bag will have a coverage of 1.5 m at 10 mm thick screed. WATERGUARD T : Single pack, trowel applied, cementitious water proof screed which is to be used along with Waterguard - A as primer. 10 mm. thick screed ensures perfect water tightness & resists hydrostatic pressure. Suitable for water tanks, foundations, basements, dams, swimming pools, tunnels and lift shafts, etc. Coverage : 25 Kg.bag will have a coverage of 3 m at 5mm thick screed. WATERGUARD CE : Two part, pre packed solvent free, high build, tar extended epoxy waterproof coating. Excellent adhesion, abrasion resistant, flexible, durable, easy to use waterproofing system, Economical. Provides DFT 400-500 Microns (2 Coats). More suitable for Terrace gardens. Coverage: 9 to 10 mper pack of 5 kgs. ( Base + Hardener ) WATERREPELL SUPER : Easily applied penetrating waterrepellent that gives a self cleaning, hydrophobic surface to masonry, brick, stone, concrete mortar & asbestos sheeting. Deep penetration of absorption reduces spalling due to freeze - thaw and efflorescence there by increasing the performance and stabilty. WATERREPELL SUPER will cover approx. 4 to 5m of surface. WATERGUARD DAMPROOF : High performance ready to use injection damproof compound. Economical, non toxic and non flammable, ready to use, excellent protection to dampness, chloride free, will not repeat the damproof problem in future, low viscosity hence penetrates deep into wall and seals the porosity. WATERGUARD MEMBRANE EPDM : Is an 100 % cured Ethylene Propylene Diene Terpolymer elastomeric synthetic rubber membrane manufactured from ethylene, propylene and a small amount of diene monomer. It is highly resistant to UV radiation and thermal shock. Can withstand high temperatures and can remain in elastic condition for longer period during its life. Can be used in roof waterproofing system, flat concrete roofs, or terrace and also for sealing adhesives and moulded flexible parts. Available in black color. WATERGUARD MEMBRANE PVC : Is a high polymer underground waterproofing membrane available at 1.5mm thickness and is not compatible with bitumen. It requires no adhesives or primers for installation and is resistant to high temperature fluctuations. Also, it is highly flexible throughout its life span and requires no fire requirement for application. It is used in roofing / re-roofing systems, tanking of underground structures, lining of drinking water tanks and swimming pools, etc.
