Price Competitively
The market determines what price your home will sell. If you offer your home at a competitive price compared to your local market you should be successful in the sale of your home. Price the property too high and it will not get shown and you will have little action. Furthermore your property may get stale and be ignored even when you drop the price. Price the property too low and you may miss out on maximizing your gain from the sale of your home. The key is to price it right, we evaluate the current market and the current listings and get a recommended list range. From that range, based on your homes features, we arrive at our list price.
