Skill: Can accomplish sophisticated tasks by using and combining all features, including basic programming. 4. Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of complete feature palette, programming and customization capabilities. Familiar with relationship to other products, has theoretical and practical experience integrating the product into complex environments, knows all high impact product issues. Skill: Can fully customize, program and extend the product. Able to assist in planning, help with implementation and deeply troubleshoot the product in difficult scenarios.
