I LOVE POKE nasce con l’intento di diffondere l’amore per sè stessi, partendo
innanzitutto dal prendersi cura del proprio corpo. Da un’idea di Michael Lewis e
Rana Edwards e con lo scopo di diffondere uno stile di vita sano ed equilibrato,
siamo la prima catena ad aver portato, nel 2017, il poke in Italia.
Le nostre bowl componibili e dai gusti tropicali, permettono a chiunque di scegliere
ingredienti che vanno incontro ad ogni preferenza ed esigenza alimentare. Il tempo di
composizione medio è di 1 minuto, in questo modo possiamo preparare un pasto sano
e nutriente anche a chi va di fretta o non ha voglia di aspettare.
Controlliamo ogni giorno la qualità del nostro prodotto e inseriamo nel nostro menu
solamente ingredienti stagionali, per seguire la natura e per portare avanti uno dei

pesce viene lavorato quotidianamento da un team di mastri sfilettatori in unico
spazio, portando avanti una filosofia zero waste.
Dal packaging al singolo prodotto, prestiamo attenzione in ogni dettaglio al tema
della sostenibilità. Lavoriamo solo pesce fresco e di alta qualità, del quale eliminiamo
il minor scarto possibile. Le nostre confezioni d’acqua sono al 100% riciclabili e
composte al circa 70% di materie vegetali. Ogni componente del nostro packaging è
di carta riciclabile e certificata. Scegliamo per il nostro bancone solo prodotti freschi
e naturali senza conservanti, per rispettare il respiro della terra e seguire il suo ciclo
naturale.

This dish derived from raw fish consumed by Polynesian fishermen directly from
their boats. Edging in Hawaiian means cutting into pieces, and in the dish it sits as a
bowl containing pieces of the term raw fish, usually a salmon or tuna, combined with
rice.
I LOVE POKE was born with the intention of spreading love for oneself, starting first
from taking care of one's body. From an idea of Michael Lewis and Rana Edwards
and with the aim of spreading a healthy and balanced lifestyle, they are the first chain
to have brought poke to Italy in 2017.
The modular bowls with tropical tastes allow anyone to choose ingredients that meet
every food preference and need. The average composition time is 1 minute, in this
way we can prepare an healthy and nutritious meal even for those who are in a hurry
or do not want to wait.

they have studied becoming real Fish Experts. Our fish is processed daily by a team
of master fillets in a single space, pursuing a zero waste philosophy.
From the packaging to the single product, they pay attention in every detail to the
theme of sustainability. We only work with fresh and high quality fish, of which we
eliminate as little waste as possible. Their water packs are 100% recyclable and made
up of approximately 70% plant materials. Each component of the packaging is made
of recyclable and certified paper. They only choose fresh and natural products, to
respect the breath of the earth and follow its natural cycle.
