Make a Speed Call Call Pickup:

answers another ringing phone in your call pickup group.

Or - Dial *54 and extension number of ringing phone. Park a Call: Ask caller to wait a few moments Press Numbered Park key That Park Key will now Flash. Lift Handset Press the Flashing Park Key that call was parked on. While in a call, press Call key will flash. Press flashing Call key Press Dial required extension number Announce the call to the destination To complete the transfer: Hang up or press the release key .

Forward your phone - If it isnt answered: To voicemail, dial *66 8000 To an external number, dial *66 0<external number> To voicemail, dial **8 8000 To an external number, dial **8 0<external number> Dial ##6 To set up, dial voicemail (8000). Enter the default passcode (1111), then follow the prompts Press hotdesk button then login button, enter extension number ok, pin number ok.

Make a Call Lift the handset OR

Press . Dial the number OR Press a Speed Call key OR Press OR Dial the prefix for external calls (e.g. 9) and the number.

Transfer a Call
Press . Dial the number. Wait for an answer. Hang up OR announce the transfer and then hang up.

Conference a Call
Press . Dial the number. Wait for an answer. Press .

Answer a Call Lift the handset OR

Press , and begin speaking.

Program a Speed Call

Press Menu OR . Press Settings. Press Programmable Keys. Press the key you wish to program. Press Speed Call. Press Edit Label and enter the label for the Speed Call. Press Save. Press Edit Number and enter the phone number for the Speed Call. Press Save, and then press Save again. Press Close and then press Close again.

End a Call
Press OR Replace the handset.

Place a Call on Hold

Display Ring/Message Indicator Volume, Speaker and Mute Controls Fixed Function Keys Dial Pad Navigation Page Keys Programmable Feature Keys and Softkeys Speaker Handset Speaker Mute Menu Cancel Redial Hold Transfer/Conference Message Press . The line key flashes. Replace the handset if necessary.

Retrieve a Call from Hold Lift the handset OR

Adjust Volume Levels

Adjust ringer volume while the phone is ringing. Adjust handset or speaker volume while using the handset or speaker. Press repeatedly to raise the volume OR the volume. Press repeatedly to lower

Press . It flashes when a message is waiting. Follow the voice mail prompts to retrieve your message.
