The imposition of sanctions is not the best way how to solve the problem of child labour The Unitead

Nations defines the child work as a activity in the state economy of a person under the age of 15. The issue of child is a serious problem in large amount of economically developing countries. The general state of bad economy in the developing countries has certainly a negative impact onto social conditions of families in which not only parents have to work really hard but also their children are directly influenced by depressing state's economy. The need for any income to survive is met by the exploitation of children by big manufacturers of all kinds of clothing and other accessories. The child labour causes a great discussion how to effectively solve this issue. One of the possible solutions is the imposition of sanctions by the world's leading states, however this is certainly not the best way how to solve the problem of child labour. The problem of child labour is caused by the general condition of the state economy. The state budget has barely sources for maintaining the basic infrastructure of the state and thereby certainly not for social services for poor families. As a consequence of this condition, hard working families are forced to send their children not to school or any kind of education, but to work in slave conditions to earn any mean that helps their families to survive. The imposition of sanctions would definitely even worse the current situation because as the sanctions take effect, due to even worse economic situation more and more families are forced to send their children to work. The more children in bad working conditions is certainly not the way how to solve the situation. Because of aforementioned argument the imposition of sanctions is not the best way how to solve the problem of child labour. Secondly, the sanction would not take the demanding effect because the managers of the factories will simply solve the situation in two possible ways: either they simply ignore the sanctions, because most of them are only paper - based and the real effect is usually not supervised by any supranational organization, or they logically close the gates of their factories and move to an area or a state where the sanctions have zero effect. Also, not to mention the scenario in which actually the sanctions take effect, but are met by the closing of factories. This causes no work at all and logically, even worse social and economical situation for not only the families but for the whole country. Also because of this second argument the imposition of sanctions is not the best way how to solve the problem of child labour. In conclusion the imposition of sanctions is not the best way how to solve the problem of child labour, because basically the imposition of sanctions will create even worse social and economic situation or would not take desired effect at all. The solution for the problem of child labour could be imposed by international economic aid and help, but certainly not through the imposition of sanctions.
