INTRODUZIONE Il presente Regolamento Tecnico stabilisce - ad integrazione del Regolamento Generale dellEvento allegato alla domanda di parteci pazione quanto segue: 1) le modalit di accesso al Quartiere fi eristico durant e le fasi di allestimento, svolgimento e smontaggio degli Eventi ivi organizzati; 2) le modalit di allestimento, di custodia, manutenzione e sgombero dei posteggi espositivi presenti nel Quartiere fieristico; 3) le norme in materia di pre ve nzione incendi all'interno del Q uartiere fieristico; 4) l e norme in materia di si curezza per l'attivit di progettazione, install azione e manutenzi one dell e strutture di allestimento espos itive e relati vi impianti; 5) le modalit di svol gimento delle altre attivit da effettuarsi all'interno del Quartiere fieristico (movimentazione merci, custodia imballi, etc.). 6) le modalit di pagamento dellestratto conto che verr i nviato al posteggio, da saldare prima dellasportazione delle merci e degli allestimenti dal Quartiere Fiera Roma.

N.B.: Fiera Roma srl si riserva di apportare in qualsiasi momento, anche senza preavviso, modifiche al presente Regolamento finalizzate alla riduzione dei rischi per la salute, la sicurezza e lambiente ovvero al miglioramento delle misure di prevenzione e protezione

INTRODUCTION

These Technical provisions regulate as an i ntegration of t he Exhibition General Regulations encl osed to the Application Form the following points: 1) access regulations to t he Fair Grounds in the fitti ng-up and dismantling period and in the course of the Exhibitions being held there; 2) procedures concerning fitting up, keeping, mai ntenance and

di smantli ng of exhibition stands on the Fair Grounds; 3) fire prevention regul ations insi de the Fair Grounds; 4) safet y regulations for the activit y of stand la y- out, construction and the mai ntenance of fitting-up structures and relative i nstallati ons; 5) procedures conce rning the accompli shment of other activities to be carried out insi de t he Fair Grounds (ha ndling of goods, packi ng storage and so on); 6) procedures for the payment of the statement of account that will be delivered t o the stand and will ha ve to be settl ed before t he removal of exhibit s and fittings from Fi era Roma Fair Grounds.

In case of theft the Exhibitor has to follow immediately and quickly the following procedure: 1) inform the Insurance Company officer of the accident; the officer will be available in the office located inside Fiera Roma Fair Grounds throughout the Exhibition (including fitting-up and dismantling periods); 2) report the accident to the Authorities in charge within three days after the theft. Non-compliance with the above procedure will result in the loss of the compensation right.
