INTRA DAY VOLUME GRAPH

AS government buying in treasury increase the bonds did see an upside move late last
night. On the currency front the Japanese yen continued to make new inroads against
the Dollar as we set a new 15 year high against the US Dollar. The Aus Dollar also an
indication in the market for commodity lead rally last night was quite strong but has
managed to give up some of its gains early today. We approach the FOMC highs
created back on early August, this could prove to be a decent resistance level in the
market for the moment as we look forward for strong economic figures to roll out to
prop the prices higher. Initiate a short on a test of the 1127.50 level with a profit
target of 1122.50. Expect that the prices would see a large resistance at the 1133.25
price level and a long opportunity in the market at the 1115.75 price range.

The market opened quite bullish yesterday as speculation dwindled that the economy in the EU
is still in a bad shape. The market is expected to come under pressure on a test of the 2855
price level with a 20 tick profit target on the trade. Market would look to initiate a long at the
2764 price level if achieved.

Crude oil prices are expected to come under some pressure and with the Dollar continuing to
weaken the market could see some upside move but for the medium term outlook in the
market we shift negative with the downside target of 5439. An immediate breach of the 5608
price level would see the price come under some pressure.
