Proposal Summary:
Remove existing window/door units and install Pella units. Fully insulate and seal around window/door units. Supply and install interior casing and exterior capping (when applicable) to installed units. Clean and haul away all job related debris. Complete all work in a professional workmanlike manner in accordance with drawings and/or specifications. Glass cleaning, staining, and/or painting are the responsibility of the customer unless purchased. We are not responsible for concealed structure deficiencies (rotted wood, termite damage, etc.). Plumbing, electrical, and security system work is the responsibility of the customer. Depending on composite configuration, retrofit products may have less glass area than the original unit. Depending on guidelines provided by EPA, this project may be required for Lead-Safe work practices. Estimate is based on information gathered during initial visit.
