This was the case for TC QLD, however it was much less dramatic than expected.

May saw the continued effort to engage and interact with community members. The change of operator from Tracey to Tom has been relatively uneventful and the community would appear unaffected by the change. Media is still something that encourages the community to interact with the brand. Luckily, the brand relates well to a plethora of content available without copyright on the internet. Posting photos and video clips often results in multiple Like and Comments which activates Facebooks viral reach.

Mays posts are consistent with posts from Aprl and continue to be amusing, light hearted, informative and engaging. This strategy is certainly paying off with the the recruitment of additional brand advocate Trent Bourne. Trent has Commented and Liked several posts and even made on of his own when he purchased three bottles of Rosemount Diamond Label wines and received his 1000 Places to Explore in Australia book. May also saw the introduction of Carmella, Thirsty Camels new love interest. Introducing Carmella has formed a stronger relationship with the female community members. Carmella is often referred to in posts about wine, travel and will continue to be referred to throughout the XXXX esky promotion. TSMS added a Community Guidelines tab and also took advantage of the new Facebook feature to add a branded logo to any custom built iFrame. During this monitoring period monitoring, TSMS delivered 19 brand relevant items including links, photos, blogs and youtube clips. Some of these were able to be used on the Facebook page others were related to offline campaigns such as the eastern states.

Recommendations APRIL RECOMMENDATIONS: Launch a Facebook advertising campaign Print the Facebook URL on all bags, yers and business cards Mention the Facebook URL during all radio mentions and TVCs Add the Facebook URL to all corporate email signatures Use iPads operated by promotional staff at off premise events allowing guests to Like TC immediately. Fan-gated iFrame Partner with successful venues and suppliers to execute campaigns

MAY RECOMMENDATIONS: As an increasing number of retail liquor brands actively engage in the social space, it is essential for TC to grow at a faster rate to ensure the brand remains ahead of the curve. Steps should be set in place to complete previous months recommendations and begin to increase TCs web presence.

In addition to March and Aprils recommendations, TSMS also recommend the following: Add a Like button or Like box to the e-newsletter Activate the TC Twitter account
