La Zambello riduttori è stata fondata a
Castellanza (Varese) nel 1957 da Zevio
Zambello, che ha trasmesso la propria
passione per i riduttori ai figli, Elio e
Alessandro, oggi amministratori e rispet-
tivamente Responsabili Tecnico e Com-
merciale.
Sin dalla nascita l’azienda si è sempre
esclusivamente dedicata alla produzione
di riduttori di velocità, con un particola-
re impegno e interesse nel settore delle
macchine per estrusione.
Negli ultimi 30 anni di attività, l’azienda
ha acquisito una vasta esperienza nel
settore delle materie plastiche, grazie
a un’attenzione e a una dedizione sem-
pre più forti alle esigenze dei costruttori
di impianti di estrusione, tali da render-
la oggi un punto di riferimento a livello
mondiale.
Le due sedi produttive modernamente
organizzate, che si estendono comples-
sivamente su un’area di oltre 100.000 m2
(di cui 18.000 m2 coperti), consentono
alla Zambello riduttori di confermare la
leadership nel settore in cui opera.
La sede e lo stabilimento di Magna-
go (Milano) sorgono a pochi chilometri
dall’aeroporto di Malpensa, mentre lo
stabilimento Zambello riduttori 2, costan-
temente ampliato, è situato a Lendinara
(Rovigo).
La politica aziendale è basata sulla co-
stante RICERCA e SVILUPPO che per-
mette a Zambello riduttori di proporre
sul mercato prodotti di alta tecnologia,
caratterizzati da prestazioni al vertice.
L’accurata scelta dei materiali impiega-
ti, le lavorazioni su macchine utensili a
CNC all’avanguardia, i controlli sistema-
tici eseguiti durante tutte le fasi produtti-
ve e, infine, l’esperienza pluriennale nel
montaggio, ne fanno prodotti di altissima
affidabilità.
I test conclusivi a cui sono sottoposti tutti
i riduttori prima di uscire dall’azienda ne
certificano l'assoluta qualità.
Per meglio seguire le esigenze dei propri
Clienti, la Zambello riduttori è composta

Zambello riduttori was founded in 1957
in Castellanza (Varese) by Zevio Zam-
bello. He has trasmitted his passion for
the gearboxes to his sons Elio and Ales-
sandro, now general managers and re-
spectively Technical Manager and Sales
Manager.
From the beginning the Company has
been involved exclusively with manufac-
turing speed reduction gearboxes.
Our particular aim has been dedicated to
the field of extruding machinery.
In the last 30 years the Company has
gained a deep experience in the field of
plastic, thanks to a continuous attention
and devotion to the requirements of ex-
truder manufactures.
Due to these facts today Zambello ridut-
tori is a reference point worldwide.
The two facilities modernly organized,
which totally occupy an area of more
than 100.000 m2 (of which 18.000 m2 are
covered surface), allow Zambello ridut-
tori to be a leading company in this field.
The plant with the head-office in Magna-
go (Milano) is located only few kilometres
far from Malpensa airport, while the plant
Zambello Riduttori 2, constantly enlarged,
is located in Lendinara (Rovigo).
The company’s policy is based on con-
stant RESEARCH and DEVELOPMENT,
by which Zambello riduttori now manufac-
tures high-tech products of elevated per-
formances for the market.
These gearboxes of high reliability derive
from the careful selection of raw materi-
als and components, from the machining
on advanced CNC machine tools, from
the careful checking of any parts during
the entire machining process and finally
from many years of experience in as-
sembling.
The end tests, which all Zambello gear-
boxes are subjected to, before leaving
the Factory, are the best proof of their
high quality.
For the purpose of assisting the custom-
ers in the best way possible, our group

Zambello riduttori wurde 1957 in Cas-
tellanza (Varese) von Zevio Zambello
gegründet, der seine Leidenschaft für
Getriebe an seine beiden Söhne Elio
und Alessandro weitergegeben hat, die
heute geschäftsführend für Technik und
Verkauf verantwortlich sind.
Von Anfang an hat man sich ausschließ-
lich der Herstellung von Getrieben
gewidmet mit einem besonderen Au-
genmerk auf den Extrusionsmaschinen-
markt. In den letzten 30 Jahren hat die
Firma durch enge Zusammenarbeit mit
den Herstellern im Kunststoffmaschinen-
markt die umfangreiche Erfahrung er-
worben, die sie heute zu einer Referenz
im Weltmarkt macht.
Die beiden modern eingerichteten Produk-
tionsstätten, die insgesamt über 100.000
m2 Fläche (wovon 18.000 m2 überdacht
sind) belegen, machen Zambello ridut-
tori zum Marktführer in diesem Bereich.
Das Werk und Firmensitz in Magnago
(Mailand) liegt nur wenige Kilometer
vom Flughafen Malpensa entfernt. Das
andere Werk Zambello riduttori 2, das
laufend erweitert wird, liegt in Lendinara
(Rovigo).
Die Firmenstrategie basiert jeweils auf
laufender FORSCHUNG und WEITER-
ENTWICKLUNG, wodurch Zambello ri-
duttori heutzutage High-Tech-Produkte
hoher Leistung herstellt.
Diese Getriebe ausgezeichneter Zuver-
lässigkeit beruhen auf einer sorgfältigen
Auswahl von Werkstoffen und Bauteilen,
auf der Herstellung mittels fortschrittli-
cher CNC-Werkzeugmaschinen, auf einer
sorgfältigen Kontrolle aller Teile während
des gesamten Fertigungsablaufs und
schließlich auf jahrzehntelanger Erfahrung
bei den einzelnen Montagestufen.
Die Endkontrolle, die bei allen Getrieben
vor der Auslieferung angewandt wird,
sind der beste Nachweis für die ausge-
zeichnete Qualität.

Generalità
I riduttori della presente serie sono co-
struiti con concezione moderna, in ma-
niera compatta.
Sia i riduttori per estrusori bivite corotan-
ti che quelli controrotanti sono composti
da un riduttore primario e un riduttore
distributore, accoppiati attraverso un
carter reggispinta e una flangia di pres-
sione che assorbono le spinte assiali
dell’estrusore.
carter
Sono eseguiti in ghisa grigia o sferoidale
di alta qualità, o in acciaio elettrosaldato.
ruotismi
La progettazione e la costruzione sono
eseguite secondo norme AGMA 2101
D04. Gli ingranaggi del riduttore primario
sono in acciaio da cementazione del tipo
17NiCrMoS6, con dentatura elicoidale e
profilo rettificato con qualità superiore ad
AGMA 6 per garantire massima silenziosi-
tà ed efficienza di esercizio.
Gli alberi e i ruotismi del riduttore distribu-
tore sono in acciaio speciale di qualità dal-
l’ altissima resistenza.
cuscinetti
Sui riduttori della presente serie sono
montati cuscinetti a rulli cilindrici delle
primarie marche, largamente dimensio-
nati. I cuscinetti reggispinta sono del
tipo assiale orientabile a rulli della serie
294...E accoppiati a cuscinetti reggispin-
ta con assemblaggio in tandem.

General notes
The reduction gearboxes of this series
are built according to modern criteria in
a compact form.
Both the gearboxes for co-rotating and
for counter-rotating twin-shaft extrud-
ers consist of a primary reducing gear
unit and a distribution gear unit, which
are linked by means of a thrust-bearing
housing, and by a pressure flange that
absorb the axial thrust coming from the
extruder.
Housing
The housing is made of high-quality nodular
cast-iron or of electro-welded steel.
Gears
Design and manufacturing are carried out
according to AGMA 2101 D04 standards.
The gears of the primary reducer unit are
made of case-steel of the 17NiCrMoS6
type and have a helical toothing.
The profile is ground with a higher quality
than of AGMA 6 so to ensure lowest noise
level and efficient use.
The shafts and the toothed wheels of the
distribution gear unit are made of high-
quality special steel with excellent tensile
strength.
bearings
The gearboxes of this series are pro-
vided with cylindrical roller bearings of
excellent makers and considerale size.
The thrust bearings are of the axial self-
aligning roller type of the 294...E series.
They are coupled with multiroll stacked
bearing packages.

tecHNiScHe MerKMALe
Allgemeines
Diese Getriebe werden nach moderns-
ten Kriterien in kompakter Bauweise ge-
baut.
Sowohl die Getriebe für gleichlaufen-
de als auch für gegenlaufende Dop-
pelschnecken-Extruder bestehen aus
einem Untersetzungsgetriebe und aus
einem Verteilergetriebe, die durch ein
Drucklagergehäuse und einen Druck-
flansch miteinander verbundrn sind, um
die vom Extruder kommenden Axialkräf-
te aufzunehmen.
Gehäuse
Diese bestehen aus hochfestem Sphä-
roguss oder aus geschweißter Stahlkon-
struktion.
verzahnung
Die Konstruktion und Herstellung erfolgen
gemäß der Norm AGMA 2101 D04.
Die Zahnräder des Untersetzungsgetrie-
bes werden aus EinsatzstahI des Typs
17NiCrMoS6 hergestellt.
Die Verzahnung ist eine Schrägverzah-
nung mit geschliffenem Profil in Qualität
höher als AGMA 6, um einen niedrigen
Geräuschpegel und hohen Wirkungsgrad
sicherzustellen. Die Wellen und die Zahn-
räder des Verteilergetriebes bestehen aus
hochfestem QualitätsstahI.
Lagerung
Diese Getriebe sind mit reichlich dimen-
sionierten Zylinderrollenlagern erstklas-
siger Fabrikate ausgerϋstet.
Als Lagerung wird eine Kombination aus
Axial-PendeIrollenlager der Typenreihe
294...E und Tandem-DruckIager verwen-
det.

LUbriFicAZioNe
La lubrificazione di detti riduttori è forza-
ta, mediante una centralina.
Tutti gli ingranaggi ed i cuscinetti sono
forniti di una quantità sufficiente d’olio
dall’impianto di distribuzione della stessa
centralina. La cassa del riduttore prima-
rio funge anche da serbatoio per l’olio.
Essa è fornita di tappo di carico con sfia-
to, tappo di scarico e livello olio. Per ra-
gioni di trasporto, tutti i riduttori vengono
consegnati senza lubrificante.
Per cui
AtteNZioNe: Prima della messa in
moto è indispensabile immettere la
quantità d’olio necessaria.
Il primo cambio olio è da effettuare dopo
300 ore di esercizio (rodaggio).
I successivi dovranno essere effettuati
in funzione della temperatura raggiunta
dall’olio. Vedi tabella manuale uso e ma-
nutenzione.
La cartuccia del filtro olio dovrà essere
pulita o sostituita ad ogni cambio olio.
AtteNZioNe:
Messa in moto del riduttore:
1. Riempire d’olio fino al livello e mette-
re in funzione solo la centralina per
almeno 5 minuti.
2. Spegnere la centralina e lasciare de-
positare l’olio per altri 5 minuti.
3. Aggiungere la quantità di olio mancante.

Lubrication of these gearboxes is of the
forced type by means of a lubrication
unit.
All gears and bearings are fed with a
correct oil quantity from the distribution
system of the lubrication unit.
The housing of the primary reduction unit
acts also as an oil tank.
It is provided with a filler cap with breath-
er, a drain plug and a level indicator.
For transport purposes, all gearboxes
are shipped without oil.
Therefore
AtteNtioN: the gearbox must be re-
plenished with necessary oil quantity
before commissioning the machine.
The first oil-change must be carried out
after 300 operation hours (run-in period).
The next oil-changes must be according
to the temperature reached by the oil.
Please consult the chart in the manual
for use and maintenance.
The oil-filter cartridge must be cleaned or
replaced at every oil change.
cAUtioN:
Commissioning of gearbox:
1. Fill with oil up to the foreseen level
and then let only the lube unit run for
at least 5 minutes.
2. Switch the lube unit off and let the oil
settle for another 5 minutes.
3. Replenish the missing oil quantity.

ScHMierUNG
Die Schmierung dieser Getriebe ist eine
Zwangsschmierung ϋber ein entspre-
chendes Schmieraggregat.
Alle Zahnräder und Wälzlager werden mit
einer ausreichenden Ölmenge ϋber den
Verteiler dieses Aggregats versorgt.
Das Gehäuse des primären Untersetzungs-
getriebes dient gleichzeitig als Ölbehälter.
Es ist mit Fϋllstutzen, Entlϋftung, Ablass-
stutzen und Ölstandsanzeige versehen.
Aus transporttechnischen Grϋnden wer-
den alle Getriebe ohne Schmiermittel ge-
liefert.
Daher
AcHtUNG: vor inbetriebnahme muss
selbstverständlich die erforderliche
Ölmenge eingefϋllt werden.
Der erste Ölwechsel muss nach 300 Be-
triebsstunden (Einlaufzeit) durchgeführt
werden. Die nachfolgenden Ölwechsel
müssen abhängig von der Öltempera-
tur erfolgen. Siehe dazu Tabelle in der
Betriebs-und Wartungsanleitung.
Bei jedem Ölwechsel sollte die Filterpa-
trone gereinigt bzw. ausgetauscht wer-
den.
AcHtUNG:
Inbetriebnahme des Getriebes:
1. Bis zum Schauglas mit Öl fϋllen und
nur das Schmieraggregat fϋr minde-
stens 5 Minuten laufen lassen.
2. Das Schmieraggregat abschalten
und das Öl fur weitere 5 Minuten ab-
setzen lassen.
3. Die fehlende Ölmenge hinzufϋgen.

oFFerte - Le offerte hanno una validità di 30 giorni, salvo termine diverso di scadenza precisato nell’offerta stessa.

orDiNAZioNi - Le ordinazioni sono valide e impegnative solo se fatte per iscritto via fax o mail oppure firmate su commissioni dei
ns. Rappresentanti. Qualora l’Acquirente rifiuti la fornitura, è automaticamente accettata con la sua firma la corresponsione alla Casa
venditrice di una somma pari al 25 % dell’importo globale della fornitura per prodotti di serie. Per i prodotti non di serie i pagamenti
devono comunque essere effettuati al 100%. Le modifiche d'ordine comunicate dopo 3 giorni lav. dal ricevimento dello stesso,
possono comportare un addebito, calcolato in base alle variazioni richieste ad allo stato avanzamento lavori.

coNSeGNe - I termini di consegna sono sempre indicativi e possono essere prorogati per cause di forza maggiore. In questo caso
è facoltà della Venditrice, compatibilmente con le esigenze dell’Acquirente, risolvere il contratto.

SPeDiZioNi - Se non diversamente accordato, la merce è resa franco partenza, pertanto le spese di trasporto sono sempre a carico
dell’Acquirente. La merce viaggia a rischio del cliente anche se Franco Destinatario e/o se il prezzo comprende le spese di trasporto.

iMbALLo - E' gratuito per imballi standard. Eventuali imballi speciali verranno addebitati al costo.

recLAMi - Eventuali reclami dovranno pervenire entro 8 giorni dal ricevimento della merce.

reSi - Non verranno accettati se non preventivamente autorizzati per iscritto.

GArANZiA - La Casa venditrice si impegna a riparare o sostituire gratuitamente tutte quelle parti che risultassero difettose per
cause di materiale o di lavorazioni, purché le contestazioni vengano fatte entro e non oltre 12 mesi dalla consegna del materiale
(salvo diversamente pattuito). La merce contestata viene sempre riparata presso lo Stabilimento della Casa venditrice e quindi deve
essere sempre consegnata in porto franco. La garanzia decade qualora il materiale risulti utilizzato in modo improprio, manomesso o
danneggiato da terzi. La Casa Venditrice inoltre declina ogni responsabilità per danni di qualsiasi natura che si verificassero a causa
di guasti dei propri prodotti, anche nel caso ne avesse progettata l’applicazione.

PreZZi - Sono calcolati in riferimento ai costi al momento dell’ordine; eventuali variazioni di questi danno facoltà alla Venditrice di
modificare i propri prezzi. I prezzi esposti in conferma si intendono sempre netti da costi d’imballo, spedizione, IVA e quanto altro
costo indiretto.

MANcAto ritiro MAteriALe - Il mancato ritiro di materiale, trascorsi trenta giorni dall'avviso di merce pronta, comporta l'addebito
di tutte le spese relative all'approntamento e allo stoccaggio dello stesso.

PAGAMeNti - I pagamenti devono essere effettuati entro i termini stabiliti e sono ritenuti validi solo se eseguiti presso la Sede
della venditrice. I pagamenti non possono essere sospesi per nessuna ragione. In caso di inadempienza, la Venditrice si riserva la
sospensione di ogni ulteriore fornitura e l’addebito all’Acquirente di tutti i danni derivanti. In caso di controversia è competente il Foro
di Busto Arsizio (Varese).

riServAto DoMiNio - E' espressamente pattuita la riserva di proprietà di tutto il materiale che fa oggetto del presente contratto a
favore del fornitore, fino a totale pagamento del prezzo convenuto. Il mancato pagamento, totale o parziale, alla data convenuta, danno
la facoltà al Fornitore di ritenere risolto il diritto di contratto ai sensi dell'art. 1456 C.C. e quindi di richiedere l'immediata restituzione
di quanto è oggetto dello stesso, anche presso terzi. Eventuali ratei corrisposti sono definitivamente acquisiti dal Fornitore a titolo
di compenso per l'uso ed il deterioramento del materiale salvo il diritto dello stesso a chiedere il risarcimento per maggiore danno.

GeNerAL coNDitioNS oF SALeS

QUotAtioNS - The validity of quotations is 30 days, unless a different expiry date is indicated in the quotation.

orDerS - Orders are only valid and binding when they are made by writing via fax or e-mail or if these have been signed on an
order sheet of our Sales Agents. If the Buyer refuses to take over the supply, automatically he accepts through his signature to pay to
the Supplier the amount of 25% of the total sum as regards the supply of standard items. However, for special products the payment
must be effected for a 100% of the amount. Any modification of an order communicated after 3 workdays from the receipt of the order
may involve a debit note calculated on the basis of the modifications required and of the state of progress of the job.

DeLiverY - The delivery time has always to be considered as a guideline, and it can be postponed if “force majeure” occurs. In such
a case, it is up to the Supplier, in accordance with the necessities of the Purchaser, to cancel the Contract.

SHiPMeNt - If not differently agreed upon, the merchandise is delivered “ex works”; therefore freight costs are always at the Buyer’s
account. The goods are shipped at the risk of the customer, even when shipped ‘freight prepaid or when the price includes the freight
costs.

PAcKAGe - Standard packages are free of charge. Any special packages will be debited at cost price.

cLAiMS - Any claim must be given within 8 days from the receipt of the goods.

retUrN oF GooDS - Any return of goods will not be accepted, if not authorized previously by writing.

GUArANtee - The Manufacturer commits himself to repair or replace free of charge all those parts which should turn out to be
faulty due to material or manufacturing, provided that the claims are made within 12 months from the date of delivery of the goods
(if not agreed upon differently). The merchandise subject to a complaint shall always be repaired in the manufacturer’s workshop

and consequently must be delivered there “freight prepaid”. The guarantee becomes invalid if the goods have been used in an
incorrectmanner, tampered with or damaged by third parties. The Supplier furthermore refuses any liability for damages of any kind
which might be caused by breakdown of his products, even if these have been designed by him.

PriceS - Prices have been calculated at a cost basis at the date of the order. Possible variations of them entitle the Supplier to
change his prices. The prices shown in the order confirmation are to be considered net prices, not including package, shipment, VAT
and any other indirect cost.

FAiLeD tAKe-over oF tHe GooDS - Any failed take-over of the goods after thirty days from the advice about goods ready
involves the debit of the costs for already completed products and their storage.

PAYMeNt - All payments must be carried out within the established terms and are considered valid only if effected to Supplier’s
head-office. Payments can never be suspended for reasons whatsoever. In case of non-accomplishment, the Supplier is entitled to
discontinue the supply and to claim any damage involved from the Purchaser. In case of any controversy the Court of Busto Arsizio
(Varese) shall have jurisdiction.

reServAtioN oF ProPrietArY riGHtS - It is expressly established that the property of all goods subject to this contract remain
in favour of the supplier up to the complete payment of the price agreed upon. In case of non-payment, either totally or partially, at
the due-date established, the Supplier has the right to consider the contract being cancelled according to art. 1456 Italian Civil code
and therefore to require the immediate return of the subject of the contract, even if it is stored at the premises of other parties. Any
down-payment carried out is to be considered as definitely acquired by the Supplier as compensation for the use and deterioration
of the goods, however the Supplier has the right to claim for higher damages if this is the case.

ALLGeMeiNe verKAUFSbeDiNGUNGeN

ANGebote - Die Angebote haben eine Gültigkeit von 30 Tagen, es sei denn, eine andere Zeitdauer wäre im Angebot selbst angegeben.

beSteLLUNGeN - Bestellungen sind nur gültig und bindend, wenn sie schriftlich mittels Fax oder E-Mail erfolgen bzw. auf
den Bestellformularen unserer Vertreter unterschrieben sind. Wenn der Käufer die Annahme der Ware verweigert, dann gilt als
automatisch mit seiner Unterschrift anerkannt, dass er dem Verkäufer eine Summe von 25% des Gesamtbetrages der Lieferung bei
Serienerzeugnissen leistet. Für nicht serienmäßige Erzeugnisse beträgt dieser Satz jedoch 100%. Die Auftragsänderungen, die uns
innerhalb von 3 Werktagen nach Erhalt des Auftrags erreichen, können eine Entschädigung auf der Grundlage der gewünschten
Änderungen und des Auftragsfortschritts mit sich bringen.

LieFerZeiteN - Liefertermine sind immer als Richtangaben zu betrachten und können bei höherer Gewalt verlängert werden. In
diesem Falle steht dem Verkäufer das Recht zu, unter Berücksichtigung der Notwendigkeiten des Käufers, vom Vertrag zurückzutreten.

verSAND - Falls nicht anders vereinbart, erfolgt der Versand der Ware “Ab Werk”, d.h. die Versandkosten gehen daher zu Lasten
des Käufers. Der Versand der Ware erfolgt auf das Risiko des Kunden, auch wenn diese “Frachtfrei“ geliefert wird bzw. wenn die
Versandkosten im Preis eingeschlossen sind.

verPAcKUNG - Diese ist bei Standardverpackungen kostenlos. Eventuelle Sonderverpackungen werden zu Selbstkosten belastet.

reKLAMAtioNeN - Eventuelle Reklamationen müssen innerhalb 8 Tagen nach Eintreffen der Ware gemeldet werden.

rÜcKGAbeN - Diese werden nicht akzeptiert, wenn sie nicht vorher von uns schriftlich genehmigt sind.

GArANtie - Wir als Herstellerfirma verpflichten uns, kostenlos alle Teile zu reparieren oder auszutauschen, die sich aus Material- oder
Bearbeitungsgründen als schadhaft erweisen. Es wird vorausgesetzt, dass die Reklamationen nicht später als 12 Monate ab Auslieferung
der Ware erfolgen (falls nicht anders vereinbart). Die beanstandete Ware wird jeweils im Herstellerwerk des Verkäufers instandgesetzt
und muss jeweils frachtfrei dort angeliefert werden. Die Garantie verfällt, falls die gelieferten Teile unsachgemäß verwendet, verändert
bzw. von Dritten beschädigt werden. Der Verkäufer lehnt weiterhin jede Verantwortung ab für Schäden jeglicher Art, die durch das
Schadhaftwerden ihrer Erzeugnisse entstehen sollten, auch wenn von uns die Anwendung ausgelegt worden sein sollte.

PreiSe - Die Preise wurden aufgrund der Kostensituation zum Zeitpunkt der Auftragserteilung festgelegt. Eventuelle Änderungen
derselben geben dem Verkäufer das Recht, seine Preise zu ändern. Die in der Auftragsbestätigung aufgeführten Preise verstehen
sich immer als Nettopreise, ausschließlich Kosten für Verpackung, Versand und Mehrwertsteuer und aller sonstigen indirekten
Nebenkosten.

verFeHLte ÜberNAHMe DeS MAteriALS - Eine verfehlte Übernahme des Materials wird nach dreißig Tagen der
Versandbereitschaftsmeldung mit allen entstandenen Kosten für Bereitstellung und Einlagerung belastet.

ZAHLUNGeN - Zahlungen müssen innerhalb der festgelegten Termine erfolgen und sind nur gültig, wenn sie an den Firmensitz des
Herstellerwerkes erfolgen. Zahlungen können aus keinerlei Grund zurϋckbehalten werden. Im Falle der Nichteinhaltung behält sich
der Verkäufer das Recht vor, alle weiteren Lieferungen einzustellen und dem Käufer alle daraus entstehenden Kosten in Rechnung
zu stellen. Im Falle von Rechtsstreitigkeiten ist der zuständige Gerichtssitz Busto Arsizio (Varese), Italien.

eiGeNtUMSvorbeHALt- Es gilt als ausdrücklich vereinbart, dass das Eigentum über die gesamte Ware dieses Vertrages
zu Gunsten des Lieferanten bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung des vereinbarten Betrages verbleibt. Die gesamte oder teilweise
Nichtbezahlung zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt erlauben es dem Lieferanten, im Sinne von Artikel 1456 des it. Zivilgesetzes, vom
Vertrag zurückzutreten und sofortige Rückgabe des Vertragsgegenstandes auch evtl. bei Dritten lagernden zu verlangen. Eventuelle
geleistete Raten werden endgültig durch den Lieferanten als Ausgleich der Verwendung und Verschlechterung des Materials
einbehalten, mit dem Vorbehalt, evtl. zusätzlichen Schadensersatz zu verlangen.
