Full administrative support to the CEO, CIO, and VP of Sales North America for t
his marketer and distributor of small appliances. Effective management of multi
ple tasks and projects for multiple stakeholders, working independently in a fas
t paced demanding environment:
* Proficient document creation (Word, Excel, Power Point, Oracle, ADP).
* Daily calendar management for each executive; tracking of Sales Team's paid ti
me off with report to Human Resources.
* Coordination of travel arrangements including airline, hotel, and ground trans
portation, and executive expense report preparation.
* Coordination of all details of executive meetings, appointments, conferences,
conventions and special events including departmental functions, on/off-site emp
