Site grading and utility package included a 235 ft 24" jack and bore casing to t ie into existing off site sewer main. Jack and bore under an existing water reso urce stream for the City of Fayetteville required daming, temporary stream diversion and complete stream restoration. Submittal and implem entation of high volume French drainage systems designed on-site for permanent ground water diver sion from building foundations and parking lots. Extension of an existing City of Fayetteville stre et to meet DOT specifications. Two earth and dam retention ponds with vegetative shelves and sk immers with sand filters. Site bordered by wetlands and governed by the Public Works Commission and NCDENR requiring storm water logs and daily inspections.

Raleigh NC Plan & Spec - three story medical office building, structural steel frame with w indow curtain walls, brick veneer and TPO roof. Interior consisted of two gurney accessible side-jack Dover elevators. Coordination and installation of owner supplied GE MRI machine, shielding room, chiller and r elated accessories; set Swimex therapy pool with accessories. Building design included large physical th erapy room, infusion suite, pediatric exam and physical therapy suites. Installed marble floor, wall and mahogany trim and panels in entry foyer and all three elevator lobbies. Forbo flooring installed i n all exam, infusion and MRI areas. White Oak Movie Theater - 74,000 sq. ft; 13.9 million Raleigh NC Plan & Spec - Interior completion of a 14 screen movie theater to include: plumb ing, mechanical, electrical, HVAC (38 units total installed on roof using helicopter rigging comp any), sprinklers, pneumatic tube system, theater seating, primary and low voltage lighting, mezzanine, wheel chair elevator, movie screens, acoustic draperies, lighting and projection for each house screen, conc ession areas, box office, all house and lobby finishes. Exterior finishes included painting of tilt wall panel s, TPO roof, colored concrete sidewalks and metal mezzanine stairs. Love and Faith Christian Church - 13 acre site; 8.4 million Greensboro NC Design Build - 21,000 square foot addition with split face block and brick venee r, stand and seem metal roof, over wood sheathing and trusses. Site includes two retention ponds (earth and dam and combination earth and dam and poured concrete walls), large parking areas, 8" looped hydrant line with fire pump and 35,000 gallon above ground supplemental water tank for building sprinkler system . Complete interior sprinkler system. Interior finishes consist of marble foyers a nd gang bathrooms, aesthetic fiberglass columns and vaulted ceilings. Ferguson Enterprise s - 11,000 sq ft; 2.2 million Durham NC Plan & Spec - retail plumbing store. Demolition and up fit of existing metal str ucture with 3500 sq foot metal addition, loading docks with levelers and 3 acre asphalt storage facility. AKG - 40,000 sq ft; 4.1 million Mebane NC Plan & Spec - three story office building with architectural pre-cast skin, stru ctural steel, Y2K straight and radius curtain wall system and TPO roof. Fully sprinkled with fire pump and thre e-story Dover side jack elevator. Interior finishes consisted of marble floor, aesthetic radius glass bl ock wall in reception area. Interior offices with Rayco framing, glass separation walls and carpet tile. Universal Furniture - 26 acre; 13.5 million Greensboro NC Plan & Spec - 410,00 square foot distribution center with pre-cast skin, structu ral steel, TPO roof, 30 loading dock levelers and 35,000 office space with mezzanine. Complete sprinkler system with 10" looped site hydrant line, semi truck storage lot and 135,000 square foot pad for future expansion. Brass Fields - 12 acre site; 3 million Greensboro NC Design Build - demolition of three existing home sites with individual well and septic systems. Lead paint and asbestos abatement. Site bordered by two water resource streams governed by the Corp of Engineers. Responsible for storm water log and water samples. Construction of main entrance , arched culvert bridge and head walls. Completion of site grading and utilities: Phase I and II. Comple tion of Phase I consisted of retention pound, asphalted areas, site lighting and 3-7500 square foot single story buildings for future office space.
