a failover Hot-site in support of (30) regionally located offices. This idea cr

helped remedy a tremendous vulnerability.
a Researched, tested and submitted a proposal to purchase a LAN backup/recovery
software product which after being purchased and implemented, significantly impr

al restoration time in half after additional POC testing.
a Implemented an automated program which would review regional LAN server backup
processing activities and verify that the appropriate LAN servers were being pr
operly backed up to tape. This process ensured compliance with the Corporate LAN
DR backup and offsite storage procedures, and ensured that the media was sent t
o the off-site storage vendor in accordance with the company DR off-site vaultin
g standards.
a Conceived and invented a method and means of providing failover capabilities a
nd Business Continuity to a very high priority client payroll server. This high

creating a recovery option and preventing any extensive downtime of client payr
oll processing.
