endors and inventory. Orient and train new employees, including kitchen and serv
ice staff. Closely manage financial results through cost controls and accurate p
rojections of business and labor needs.
Selected accomplishments:
* Achieved substantial improvement in independent operations audit scores, which
rose to the high 90s from the low 80s. Evaluations included quality, service, m
aintenance and other factors.
