* IC lead reforming machine F709 for SOJ IC reformation. It equips with pneumati
c components to execute and control the lead reforming tooling actions;
Designed a BGA vision inspection machine with an auto IC flipping function. Thi
s function enables scanning both sides of IC chip with one single camera to impr
ove efficiency and reduce cost;
Built several sets of automatic molding machines for IC packing manufacturers.
The machines equip with a 100-ton cramping force and 5-ton hydraulic multi-plung
ers injection.
