In December of 2007 these territories generated 6 million dollars collectively;
this growth averaged over 600,000 dollars per year, this was a 74% increase in
growth.
In 2003 became the highest producing sales rep in the country for North Safety.
In 2007 awarded the Territory Manager of the year for the Western Region.
Because of this success North Safety applied my skills as a corporate trainer fo
r end users across the country and employee training within the company.

In January 1995, Partnered with 4 others developing new a safety equipment dist
ributorship National Safety, Inc., in Kent, WA marketing our PPE to end users in
WA, Oregon and Alaska.
As our company grew we were able to hire new employees and I assumed on the role
of sales manager as an additional duty and with my partners facilitated the acc
ount receivables and account payables, we developed budgets and quarterly busine
ss goals and objectives for our sales targets.
Developed the sales compensation program for our sales staff and negotiated agre
ements with or manufacturing partners to increase our profitability. Eventually
we developed training programs and curriculum for our end users for respirator
y, fall, confined space, gas detection and noise dosimetry as our consulting arm
began to grow.
In 5 years National Safety was producing 5 million in gross sales. In 2000 I so
ld my interest in the company due to partnership disagreements.
