2006 - Regional Pharmacy Manager, Accredo Health Group

* Manage New Jersey pharmacy in Accredo's largest region with monthly net revenu
e of 12 million dollars.
* Managed New York pharmacy developing current pharmacy manager to take over pos
ition.
* Supervise a staff of 6 pharmacist and 4 technicians.
* Kept branch expenditures to acceptable levels while increasing new patient sta
rts.
* Conducted monthly leadership in services to the staff of both pharmacies
* Manage the largest Pulmonary Hypertension patient and alpha 1 antitrypsin popu

* Developed and implemented the quality control and performance improvement prog

* Provided drug information to physicians, nursing agencies, discharge planners,
case managers, and patients.
* Established new policies and procedures to fulfill requirements of new USP 797
regulations.
