The Other War Criminals

“The US is the leading International Terrorist.”

“If they do it, it’s Terrorism. When we do it, it’s Counterterrorism.”

MIT Prof. Noam Chomsky

Before the 1991 Paris Peace Agreement, the UN, the US, the EU, Red China, Australia, and so on had
supported the Khmer Krahom for nearly 10 years from 1979 to 1989 - politically, diplomatically, and
military. In fact, the UN continued to allow the Democratic of Kampuchea (or the Khmer Krahom) to
retain their seat in the UN General Assembly. Now, they all want to prosecute the Khmer Krahom after
they used them up already and didn‟t need them anymore. That‟s justices! Its outrages and hypocrisy!

In addition, since 1993, the UN, the US, the EU, Red China, Australia, and so on continue to allow
former Khmer Krahom leaders (Hun Sen and his CPP gang) to plunder Srok Khmer and terrorize
prachiechun Khmer for decades. They do nothing to stop Hun Sen and his CPP gang. Instead, they
continue to reward Hun Sen and his CPP gang‟s criminal behavior by offering more international aid
annually! Prachiechun Khmer has the right to be angry with the UN and believe that the Khmer Rouge
Tribunal is just a “political show trial.” Are we supposed to be “satisfied and move on” after the
conviction of the five senior Khmer Krahom leaders? How about the others mass murders like Hun
Sen, Che Sim, Heng Samrin, former King Norodom Sihanouk, and the foreign leaders?
Theary C. Seng and Co. and Prof. Leakina
Nou and her crews are wasting their time
and energy trying to sue the fiver senior
Khmer Krahom leaders. They will gain
nothing – no justices and financial
compensations. The five KK leaders are poor,
old, and about to die any days now. All of
them have serious health complications.
Most will not make it through the Khmer
Rouge Tribunal. And, for those who do, will
eventually be “Royal Pardon” by the Scarecrow King Sihamoni – with the blessing of Hun Sen! The five
KK leaders will not get “life prison” or be put to death. Srok Khmer already abolished the death
penalty. It‟s more productive if Theary C. Seng and Co. and Prof. Leakina Nou and her crews sue Red
China for supporting the Khmer Krahom or the US government for bombing Srok Khmer. They
wouldn‟t need to worry about finding evident and the bombing victims. There are plenty in the US
and in Srok Khmer.

Again, before the Vietnam War, Srok Khmer was at “peace.” From 1969 to 1973, under direct order
from President Richard Nixon and Secretary of State Henry Kissinger, the USAF bombed the “Hell of
Srok Khmer.” According to the British Author William Shawcross, over 600,000 innocent prachiechun
Khmer lost their lives and billions of dollars in property damages – including priceless ancient
temples. The 600,000 dead are our fellow Khmers. They are not a bunch of dead chickens that we can
just brush aside and ignore even after 36 years later! Since 1975, not one individual in the Nixon-
Kissinger Administration has ever been prosecuted for “war crime,” “mass murder,” “crime against
humanity,” or “genocide.” Likewise, up until today, no US president has publicly apologized to us or
offered to pay any financial compensation to us. Remember, Srok Khmer was never at war with the US
and the US Congress never declared war on Srok Khmer! Moreover, the US Neutrality Act (a 200-year-
old law) prohibits Americans from trying to overthrow a foreign leader or government that the United
States is at “peace with.” Interesting to note that in June 22, 2010, the Los Angeles Judge Dean D.
Pregerson used the Neutrality Act to prosecute and sentence CFF Leader Chhun Yasith to a „life in
prison” for attempt to overthrow Hun Sen from power. It‟s “double standard of justices!”
