Building Cash Flow System (ABCFS) including sources for funding on your
deals. Please note that periodically sources will be added or removed based
on their ability to handle new investors.

Also, here is a continuous problem I seem to be having with new real estate
investing students: Many real estate students will call these lenders/brokers
and ask them to explain the contents of the course (because they are too lazy
to read it) or waste their time “introducing” themselves. Conducting yourself
this way is unacceptable and will only get you the brush-off by the sources in
this directory and you WILL NOT find the money you are seeking to close your
deal.

NOTE: Some students have permanently lost their privileges to get funding for their deals
because they BLEW IT by being needy, unprofessional, not knowing the course materials, and
then demanding these lenders or brokers to get their loan YESTERDAY without providing the
appropriate and requested documentation. And that won’t fly!

Please don’t waste the time of these lenders/brokers or you will end up getting the cold shoulder and/or blown
off completely. Remember, you are a professional investor so ACT LIKE A PROFESSIONAL! Professionals don’t
ask for hand-holding nor do they expect others to do all the work. As a professional you must get down to
