Participated on a team to review current work processes and complete modificatio

processes, completed analysis, and made recommendations for change that include
d a plan for the purchase of more efficient equipment to enhance production. Gi
ven responsibility to procure and oversee changeover and implementation of these
new processes. The end result was increased production, operating costs were l
owered from $1.6MM to $400,000 annually.
Participated on a team given the challenge to develop a safer process for purify
ing river water for use at a chemical production facility. The mission was to e
liminate the negative environmental consequences of using hazardous chemicals in
the purification process. A project plan was drawn up, equipment was purchased
, fabrication and building occurred and the new process was implemented. The en
d result was a process that avoided potential environmental issues and that coul
d be operated and managed in a safer manner.

Managed numerous projects addressing customer service issues that had been raise
d regarding product quality. Worked with a team that reviewed these concerns an
d made modifications to work processes that would improve product quality and cu

arranty services for a national homebuilder. This included customer/client rela
tions, complaint resolution, scheduling repairs, and oversight of contractors.
