My present objective is to secure a long-term position with a diversified, profe

Directly supervise and manage all clinical secretaries. Oversee timely and accu
rate completion of support staff work. Ensure adherence to office standards, pr
ocedures and protocols. Work in conjunction with the Practice Manager and/or Di
rector to provide day-to-day management for various clinical and support activit
ies. This includes interviewing and selecting new support employees, organizing
orientation to train new employees in operations procedures, evaluate the perfo
