ORDER:
With a view to rationalize the work load among the Heads of Departments and to
streamline the working of the Department for effective implementation of various schemes and
programmes, Government, after careful consideration, hereby order the following re-distribution
of subjects among the Engineer-in-Chiefs and Chief Engineers.

RNB and CMA (excluding proposed under
various schemes)
• Roads improvements in Kadapa district taken
up under State Plan (excluding proposed
under various schemes viz., HUDCO,
NABARD, 12th Finance, CRF, E&I & ISC,
ROB/RUBs)
• Toll and Toll Plazas existing other than core
network roads
• Traffic census
• Natural calamities related works
• NABARD - RIAD, RIDF, RDF, PMGSY
programme
• All works under HUDCO
• Finance Commission works
• Road Safety (HUDCO)
• APRSP
• Maintenance of core network Roads
• BOT/ANNUITY(Godavari Bridge)
• APRDC Works

2. These orders shall come into force with immediate effect.

3. All the Heads of Departments are directed to take charge of their re-allotted subjects
immediately and report compliance to the Government.
