Brought 750-acre alfalfa test-hay production ranch back into productivity after
7 years lain fallow.
Managed all redesign and development, developed and maintained budget and superv

employees. Remodeled 1890 adobe farmhouse completely.
*Re-designed complete overhaul of irrigated field configuration and well water d
istribution system
- connected 5 wells to irrigation infrastructure of center pivot irrigation inst
allation combined with
perimeter wheel-line irrigation to successfully manage water supply for large sc
ale production.
*Developed, initiated and performed tasks to eradicate noxious and invasive weed
s and improve
soil fertility with topical applications of gypsum and sulfuric acid.
*Worked with State Engineer's Office and Surveyor to prove beneficial use and re
-configure
water rights.

Built own landscape design business - managed all marketing, financial reporting

*Designed and build grounds for residence that was created to replicate c. 1750
Virginia
plantation for client - met demanding client requests for quickly "mature" lands
cape by efficient
planning of development and effectively locating/installing as many mature trees
as possible.
*Created database of plant material based on color, interest and date of bloom t
o meet client's
requests for year-round landscape beauty.

*Oversaw various Federal, State and Institutional grant project lifecycles as Di
strict Manager in
Yerington, Nevada including flood restoration, stabilization and habitat improve
ment project on
East and West Walker Rivers; noxious/invasive weed abatement in Smith and Mason
Valley;
and establishment of Walker River Basin Cooperative Weed Management area.
*Researched and conducted testing and surveys on onion production, storage and s
ea transport
from Peru and Mexico as Agronomic Research Technician for Proag Consulting, Inc.
