Supervised warehouse and customer premise equipment that supported 80 in-house t
echnicians, 2 contractor groups consisting of 50 technicians. Managed staff of
5 professional and clerical employees.
- Successfully managed a capital and expense budget of $5M, consistently coming
under budget, and provided input into budgeting.
- Achieved <1% discrepancy rate in materials vs. bill of lading and prevented co
stly reships by maintaining complete record files on all incoming and outgoing m
aterial.
