Bible Studies

New Sunday School Class – Sessions with Scripture


This class is open to all adults. Initially the class will study the book of Galatians, using the book
Sessions with Galatians. The class will study a book of the Bible for approximately 10 weeks and then
begin a new session with a new book from scripture. The class meets in room 214.

Study of the Gospel of Matthew Tuesday evenings at 7:00 pm.


You are welcome to join in at any time – Each week we view a video dramatization of the NIV translation of
a chapter of Matthew and then discuss the scripture presented.

Men’s Bible Study Sunday evenings at 6:00 pm.


Gather with other men to study and discuss scripture together. For information, contact Frank Halbauer.

BUSINESS MEETING

It is with regret that the church

the resignation of Rev. Carol Seeley
as our Director of Christian
Education. Azalea Baptist Church
offers sincere thanks for the
leadership of
Rev. Seeley these past 18 months.

A motion was made and approved to
hire
Brian Barnes for a part time position
as Summer Interim Minister to Youth
and Families effective June 1
through August 31, 2011. We thank
Brian for all the work he has done
with the youth and welcome him to
the staff of Azalea Baptist Church.
