My career in the water and wastewater industry began in 1978 as a United States
Navy Seabee (utilities man), and was honorably discharged in 1984. Currently I h
ave been in the W&WW industry for over 30 years. I have held job titles such as
Utility Worker, TX Double B License Treatment Plant Operator, Utilities Superint
endent and Operations Supervisor. In addition, I have managed utility companies
for various entities. Banking institutions, private investors also the federal g
overnment. You will find me to be a strong independent worker as well as a team
player.
WORK OF EXPERIENCE
Sept 2008 to Sept 2010 CH2M HILL (2 year contrat)
Fort Irwin, CA. Army's National Training Center
Operations Supervisor
Supervised O&M of the water & wastewater infrastructure: S.T.P, col
lection systems, tertiary treatment, water plants (ground water/R.O water), and
distribution systems. Conducted safety meetings and safety behavior observations
, staff daily work, organized emergency/overtime crews, Enforced Company policy,
prepared state monthly and annual W&WW reports Etc...
