Responsible for production operations of entire print facility with a staff of a
pproximately 18 employees.
Produce communiqués and all needed paperwork for all departments, managers, and the
Vice President.

Responsible for accurate assemblage of info, art and extensive versioning, and t
he creation of ready to print files of various client periodicals for distributi
on throughout the country.
Coordinate with all creative and production departments, and act as liaison betw
een all departments, management and clients.
Write and present quotes.
Check that all information regarding work order / clientâ s specifications are correc
t before putting work order into production.
Update work orders.
Receive and distribute items for photography and ensure these items were documen
ted and returned to clients.
Resolve issues that clients have with quotes / work orders / merchandise, or any
issue.
Communicate with clients regarding project specifications.
Update account executives as to the status of current work orders.
Check work orders as they go through the production process to make sure the mer
chandise will arrive at the correct time and in perfect condition.
