Summary:
As a Logistics Management/ Supply Chain Operations. For 13 years I have provided
on-site support to the US Department of State working with in various contracts
, DOSIM, WASHMAC, and GITM supporting mission critical government assignments. T
o highlight I was assigned to a Specialized Group Tasked with the Design /Implem
entation of a Logistics Support Plan for the set up of the Seven scheduled Peace
Talks in various locations during the Clinton administration. Additional Specia
lized Mission Support was to create a Equipment Coordination Plan for the re-ope
ning of the US Embassy in Kabul, Afghanistan the ECP consisted of equipment and
materials from various DoS Annex's located in the continental US, this task also
required the acquisitions of essential items, these materials were to be delive
red to a C130 transport. Other assigned tasks were to support the Secretary of S
tate VIP Communication program; this program consisted of Radio and Telephone Co
mmunication Kits that were to be delivered in advance to locations prior to the
Secretary's visit. For 13 years prior to my employment as a Defense Contractor w
ith the Department of Sate. I worked inside the Private industry for companies a
s Porton & Sullivan Custom Home Builders where I was promoted to the level of Se
nior Field Superintendent were I managed Fourteen New construction Home Sites. A

I managed 25 Direct reports, 1 Logistic supervisor, 1 software integration super
visor, 3 Logicians, 5 Acquisition specialist; and 15 software integrators that d
eployed to all US Dept of State Embassies and Consulates. I provided weekly perf
ormance reports on status of program execution to COR of contract. As a Supply
Chain Logistics subject matter expert (SME) provided input to Business Developme
nt for current and future proposals. As the Hybrid Information Technology Suppor
t State (HITSS) contract worth $200M, SMART contract worth $200M. As Supply Chai
n Logistics Quality Assurance Manager I provided support to our DoS customer by
planning all quality activities including document review, incoming inspections,
in process inspections, media testing, software installation verification, fina
l inspection, packing inspection and certification of Bill of Materials. Advise
senior management of cost effective methods of increasing productivity. Prepar
ation and analysis of metrics to ensure performance requirements per contracts.

I managed 30 direct reports, 4 site supervisors, 21 Field Logicians 5 Acquisitio
n Specialist. We provided Supply Chain Logistic support to the Department of Sta
te and its global customers the US Embassies and Consulates. I provided weekly p
erformance reports on status of program execution to COR of contract. Built a $1
40 million dollar Logistics performance base contract into one of the most effic
ient and profitable company wide. By reaching performance milestones set by cont
ract requirements for all 4 quarters. One of the milestones included maintaining
100% inventory accuracy every quarter, added additional revenue to DynCorp tota
ling $500,000 thousand dollars over a 5 year period of performance. Designed, im
plemented a logistics support plan for the Procurement of equipment to support 7
Peace Talks conducted during the Clinton Administration. Created an Equipment C
oordination Plan for the re-opening of the US Embassy in Kabul, Afghanistan. The
ECP consisted of equipment and materials from DoS Annex's located in the contin

Co- supervised daily warehouse operations , 10 staff members. Monitored the del
ivery schdeules from 2 liter & Can distrobution centers to our distribution cetn
er, schduled the loading of Route delivery trucks to customer/ store locations.
