Provide leadership and direction for a team of installation technicians during t
he planning, implementation, testing and final phases of a wide range of project
s. Involved in all facets of project management, including customer consultation
, goal planning, project timelines, team meetings and customer meetings, change
orders, financial invoicing and customer acceptance. Responsible for leading a q
uality-focused team and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budge
t.
* Research, troubleshoot, diagnose and correct all aspects of projects; implemen
t customer scorecards and other customized forms to maintain customer SLAs (serv
ice level agreements).
* Interface with customers, vendors and internal departments to provide daily an
d weekly project updates and ensure projects are on-track for timely completion.

g and customer sign-off of all new technology.
* Conduct cost analysis and evaluate service quality to keep projects within bud
gets; educate technicians and customers in cost comparisons of old and new techn
ologies.
* Eliminate travel expenses by implementing Cisco Telepresence for remote meetin
gs.
* Enhance employee training by using video recordings of technicians performing
installations.
