Re-engineered New Hire and On-Boarding processes by implementing Applicant Tra
cking System and eVerify, automating data entry and background checks/drug scree

full-time headcount and reducing time-to-hire by three days.
Lead bi-annual associate survey for 10,000 associates to anonymously obtain re
sponses to measure associate engagement, provide company benchmarks and assist i
