Had the unique opportunity to build the department from the ground up after Sen
ior Leadership made the decision to cancel the contract of the Service Company t
hat had been here for twenty-three years. I hired my entire new staff and implem
ented new Policy and Procedures and Job Assignments. The transition went very sm
oothly.

all aspects of environmental services, laundry, telecommunications, and patient

Managed 90 full-time employees in a union shop environment. Direct responsibilit
y for department budgets, statistics, financial stability, and continued growth

The General was a 300 bed acute care hospital in northern New Jersey which was p
art of the Atlantic Health System. Responsible for all aspects of environmental
services, laundry, and patient transport for the facility. 100% Compliance in ve

ions. Managed 80 full-time employees in a union shop with very high morale. Cons

ARAMARK, Delaire Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Linden, NJ
Environmental Services Director, 10/98-8/2001
Delaire is a 250 bed long term care facility in northern New Jersey which is par
t of the Atlantic Health System. Responsible for all aspects of housekeeping and
laundry services provided to the facility. Successfully managed the start-up of
a full-service, on-site laundry facility previously provided by an external lin
en company. Managed labor relations for Department (Local 148). Direct responsib
ility for department budgets, statistics, financial stability and continued grow
th for both Aramark and the client.
ARAMARK, Rehabilitation Institute of Morristown Memorial, Morristown, NJ
Management Reserve, 6/98-10/98
The facility is a sub acute and rehabilitation center in northern New Jersey whi
ch is part of the Atlantic Health System. Successfully completed the start-up fo
r environmental services. Implemented our system and made changes where needed f
or a very smooth transition. Built very strong client relations. 100% compliance
in a successful K.A.R.F. Inspection.

Contract Service Management Company that provides the long-term care industry wi
th housekeeping and laundry services.
