* Supported 17 remote locations prior to centralized consolidation to 3 r
egional locations. These MICR facilities supported processing about 4 million ch
ecks a day for over 400 correspondent banks and 84 affiliates.
* Provided Teller and Platform Branch System capabilities on 3 different
hardware platforms per marketing sales to 60 correspondents and corporate standa
rds for 84 affiliates.
* Designed and managed the implementation of a total Quality Assurance pro
gram for the technology subsidiary supporting Norwest Banks and its 400 correspo
ndents.
* Directed day-to-day operations of 24x7 data center supporting over 400 c
orrespondents and 84 affiliates located in 9 states.
