* Implementations of new software systems to deliver accurate meaningful reporti
ng systems. System migrations of both hardware and software systems to provide f
or growth of volumes, data upgrades and the changing organization requirements.

Senior Area Sales Manager Dec 2009 to April, 2010: Kansas City Regional
Senior Area Sales Manager for ABS of Deerfield , Illinois. ABS is the leading Ma
nagement Consulting Firm in the US and Canada for small to medium sized firms. M
y position and task was calling on Kansas City area businesses of all types and
selling Operational and Financial Consulting Surveys and Services.
* Financial Consulting 2000 to December, 2009: Acquisition and merger analysis a
ssignments both as part of very large International teams and as the sole member
of smaller merger and acquisitions opportunity assessments. Experienced in the
analysis and special studies of particular "problem" situations including recomm
endations for satisfactory resolution and the establishment of safeguard interna
l controls for the prevention of future recurrences.
The years 2008 and 2009 did not meet my expectations on the frequency and scope
of consulting assignments that I have worked on and I decided to seek full time
employment and a new challenge.
* Vice President- CFO 1990 to 2000 Ruskin Div of Tomkins PLC, a very large ($6 b
illion) British Conglomerate. The Ruskin Division is the world leading manufactu
rer of commercial and industrial air handling control products, with seven manuf
acturing locations and well over $100 million in sales. We were very focused on
continuous improvement methods and were successful in every conceivable financia
l measure including over 19% earnings before taxes and over 60% annual return on
capital employed. Responsibilities included all accounting and finance function
s, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, general ledger, credit and collect
ions and at various earlier times customer service, order entry, data processing
, purchasing and inventory control, personnel and employee benefits.

* Product costing, both ongoing lines and special one-off projects
* Product rationalizations (seven plant locations)
* Major job quote reviews to assure margins were properly maintained
