CAREER SUMMARY
I am a Loss Prevention and Security professional with leadership positions in mu
ltiple areas. I am an ardent believer in the philosophy and positive impact pro
active loss prevention can have on an organization. I've developed and implemen
ted many training programs for internal investigations, shoplifting, and interro
gations along with establishing camera security standards and protocols and cash
protection practices through software tools.
I recognize that technology alone will not substantially reduce loss but those w
ho properly utilize technology, coupled with effective training and mentoring, w
ill make the biggest impact on improving a company's financial health and lower
potential liabilities. Effective loss prevention is a "mindset". My qualificatio
