xas Health and Human Services Commission.
As the Lead Business Services Officer, I managed all new construction and build
out projects assuring compliance to ADA, TAS, and Agency specifics. I acted and
consultant and mentor to five Business Services Officers covering Forty-four Ag
ency facilities in a nine county area. My responsibilities also included report
generation for the State Office reporting on construction and build out progress
, lease renewal activity, and goods, services, and move request activity.
Accomplishments:
I developed a project management accounting system, a building deficiency repor
ting tool and a lease renewal tracking system that was issued as a best practice
for Region 06 Regional Administration Services of Texas Health & Human Services
Commission.
