As the Lead Business Services Officer, I managed all new construction and build
out projects assuring compliance to ADA, TAS, and Agency specifics. I acted and

I developed a project management accounting system, a building deficiency repor
ting tool and a lease renewal tracking system that was issued as a best practice
for Region 06 Regional Administration Services of Texas Health & Human Services
