sts, Electrical and Boilermakers. Direct all HR activities including employee/la
bor relations, union contract administration, change management, job description
s, training and development, drug testing, hourly attendance program and FMLA co
mpliance, staffing and recruitment, performance management, salary administratio
n and legal issues and compliance.
