Team Lead
As team lead for my Client, Qwest NI B2B, I was responsible for the production o
f 24 agents. Led the Team to the #1 position in sales in 2002. Coached them side
by side, monitored sales calls remotely, and used the IROZ tool for coaching se
ssions. Developed incentives to drive sales and moral. Increased efficiency and
attendance by 50%, through coaching sessions.
Operations Manager/Workforce Manager/Hiring Manager
As Operations Manager for AT&T Mobility:
* Organized Job Fairs to meet the clients need for headcount. I was able to meet
that need (80 agents), within he timeline.
* Developed "Cube Sharing" to meet the clients need for more headcount, when we
did not have the space. This enabled the program to be more profitable by using
one cube for 3 agents.
* I also developed the concept of a 4 day work week. I created the schedules to
meet the client's needs.
* Conducted new hire classes in regards to policies and procedures for the compa
ny and client. I created a guideline that is used company wide.
* Worked with Peoplesoft HRM to manage all personnel records (All PDR's: hire, t
ransfer and separations). Taught the system to upper management as well.
* Used and taught KRONOS, as a tool to make sure all time cards were correct for
payroll. Reviewed all time cards for accuracy. Also used it to coach agents on
tardiness and absenteeism, improved those issues by 25%.
* Worked closely with HR on all issues within my program-handled unemployment he
arings with full documentation.
* Used CMS reporting for real time and historical reports. Used those reports to
coach and help each agent to improve their phone time, resulted in an improveme
nt of efficiency by over 20%.
* Developed a system to handle time off requests that still enabled the program
to meet its occupancy goals.
* I had the honor of being recognized as not only Team Lead of the month several
times, but also Leader of the month in my role as Operations Manager in 2003 th
rough 2009
* Interview and Hire new sales associates for the program
* Maintain and update employee files
* Handle HR issues for the program-including separations
* Hourly, Daily Weekly and Monthly reports for client
* Handle disciplinary issues for program- documentation and write ups
