Broad based experience in Program/Project Management, Business


Analysis, and Process Design. Extensive experience with design and
implementation of Order Entry, Order Management, Product Management,

support systems. Heavily involved with complex merger and acquisition
activity for major corporations. Accustomed to working both
independently and in matrix managed environments on large
multi-million dollar projects. In depth experience with all phases of
Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes, and very familiar

PROGRAM MANAGER/PROJECT MANAGER - CENTURYLINK (OVERLAND PARK, KS):
12/08 - 5/10
Responsible for Program Management related to selecting best of
breed business support systems, and the decommissioning over 600
legacy applications/systems resulting from the merger of two
nationally oriented telecommunications companies, providing products
and services to over eight million customers. Developed and
documented end-to-end program processes. Also served as Business
Governance Team and Change Control Board subject matter expert for
all decommissioning activities.
Also responsible for Project Management of merger related data
conversion, and support systems upgrades for the client's largest
market, serving approximately 1.5 million customers. Required an
in-depth understanding of products, pricing, and order entry/order
management processes employed by both merging companies. Also
required management of an extensive array of resources from internal
IT, Marketing, Billing, Customer Support and Testing organizations,
and external vendor/consulting companies.

Responsible for managing multiple simultaneous projects related to
converting Sprint's numerous legacy order processing, provisioning,
billing, and customer care systems to a single unified
multi-functional enterprise platform, (utilizing the Ensemble system
designed by Amdocs). Primarily responsible for complex, high profile
projects associated with Sprint's Alternate Sales Channel order
processing and customer care Web portal. Responsible for developing
and managing end-to-end SDLC processes, for all project teams, from
requirements gathering through release into production. Extensively
involved as the liaison between internal business and IT
organizations, and external client and vendor organizations. Also
responsible for creating process and M&P documentation, and mentoring
project teams.

IT PROGRAM MANAGER/SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST - SPRINT (OVERLAND PARK,
KS): 1/06 - 8/06
Shared Program Management responsibilities, and provided business
analysis support for Sprint's Voice over IP (VoIP) cable partner
program. The program involved 18 simultaneously running projects
utilized to implement a turnkey platform enabling cable companies to
enter the telecom market. The program improved existing functionality
while simultaneously transitioning all functionality previously
provided by Embarq to a Sprint core platform designed by MetaSolv
(the M6 system). The program initially encompassed 1,400 functional
requirements, and involved a very large number of subsequent change
requests. Responsibilities included tracking SDLC process milestones
for all 18 projects, managing change control for all projects and
representing the IT organization as a subject matter expert on the
Change Control Board, and tracking/analysis of all program
financials. Worked very closely with business and technical
organizations, and external vendors.

Performed Project Management and Business Analysis tasks as needed
in a matrix managed environment supporting the merger between Sprint
and Nextel. Extensive involvement with all aspects of the SDLC
process. Also heavily involved with creating process and M&P
documentation. Heavily involved with merging product support, order
management, customer care and billing platforms. Very proficient with
Sprint project management tools and structured methodologies.

SR. PROCESS ENGINEERING SPECIALIST - AT&T NETWORKS DIVISION
(BEDMINSTER, NJ): 4/04 - 12/04
Analyzed and redesigned all network maintenance and network
management processes for AT&T's global backbone network. Converted in
excess of 300 processes to a common process methodology and logical
structure. Heavy emphasis placed on defining process metrics and
identifying process improvements. Project involved extensive
interaction with subject matter experts in Europe, Asia and North
America. Work encompassed creation of processes for AT&T product
implementation and work centers globally.

PROJECT MANAGER/SR. PROCESS SPECIALIST - BIRCH TELECOM, INC. (KANSAS
CITY, MO): 10/03 - 4/04
Responsible for developing and standardizing corporate methodologies
associated with SDLC processes and M&P creation. Also played a very
hands-on roll developing and implementing process documentation
related to new Business Support Systems and Network Operations
systems, and creating associated training materials and job aids.
Client's network and systems infrastructure were the result of a
merger between two telecom companies, and required all
processes/procedures to be redesign and documented. Also acted as
mentor for basic telecom and network design concepts for the Process
Specialist team.

PARK, KS): 2/03 - 9/03
Primarily responsible for supporting the SDLC team in the
development of functional requirements, designing and documenting
process flows and creating M&Ps for Order Entry, Order Management,
Service Delivery and Product Management for all International
products. Processes were designed around Siebel's _eCommunications_
CRM system, and deployed for use globally.

SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST - O2 (AMSTERDAM, NETHERLANDS): 7/02 - 1/03
Redesigned Order Entry processes and procedures. Heavy emphasis
placed on optimization in the area of product catalogue utilization,
and internal fraud prevention controls. Implemented new processes and
procedures over multiple consumer and commercial sales channels across
Europe. Primary system utilized was the Amdocs _Clarify_ CRM package.

Conducted extensive analysis of all current and planned product

eCommerce Order Management and Billing system. Produced RFPs for
billing system vendors, and took active part in vendor selection.

Team lead for end-to-end development and implementation of Order
Entry, Order Management and Product Management functionality, and
integration of the MetaSolv TBS order processing and provisioning
platform with existing Siebel CRM/order entry, and Saville billing
platforms. Customized master product catalog for use by 34 affiliate
organizations (involved formal MetaSolv training). Took active part
in RFP preparation, vendor selection and vendor management.

Developed business case, created business requirements and
functional requirements, selected vendors, negotiated partner
alliances and deployed a proprietary two way wireless messaging
network between the United States and Europe. System utilized SMS and
Internet technology to perform protocol conversion of pager messages
originating in the United States, for seamless delivery to mobile
phones throughout Europe. Project frequently required negotiating
with, and presenting plans to executive management of multiple
companies in several countries.

Responsible for implementing a multifunctional Order Entry, Billing,
and Customer Support system (developed by EDS) for Mexico's largest

network upgrades provided by Siemens. Also functioned as liaison
between Network Engineering and Business Operations groups in a
multilingual environment (Spanish, German, Portuguese, and English).

Responsible for creation and management of Contracts Administration,

negotiator for SS7 services sold to independent Telecom companies and
Regional Bell organizations. Reported to VP level, and worked closely
with Engineering and Marketing to define network products and special
customer arrangements.

all initial functional specifications for Sprint's new enterprise

product initiatives.
