INFORMATION PACKAGE
Registration
All teams must have a representative with complete team rosters for all teams
entered in the tournament at our registration booth between 8:00 and 8:15 AM.
Bring your checkbook to pay for any outstanding fees.
You must have your team player information at the tournament – Birth
Certificate, proof of insurance and CIPP numbers. We will not be checking this
information as a condition of your entry; however, any other team may request
to see that your players are of correct age before a match.
Games
Roster
U8 = 12
U10 = 15
U12 = 18
Games will be played in accordance with the Game Laws and Brackets
attached. Tie games will be decided by a five minute sudden death period with
first team to score wining. In the event that there is no score after five minute
sudden death then U12 teams will have a kick off with three different players
from each team kicking one goal each. High score after three kicks wins. U8
and U10 teams will have a running race between one player from each team.
Winner of race wins game for his team.
Field
Map of fields is attached with directions. Bring your tents but no BBQs, alcohol
or dogs. There will be food at event for purchase, including coffee, donuts,
lunch, water, etc.

NOTES:
1. * Tournamnet Roster Size is U8 - 12, U10 - 15 and U12 - 18. Each team may pay $10 each for
up to 3 additional players
2. NO HIGH OR DANGEROUS TACKLES. MAKE SURE YOUR PLAYERS KNOW!
3. U8 and U10 Older/Lighter boys will need to be reviewed with opposing coach and accepted.
U12 Older/Lighter boys need SCYR approval.

Players
Ensure that equal opportunity for participation in sports is made available to all children.
Ensure that rules, laws, length of games and training schedules take into consideration the age, ability and maturity level
of participating children.
Ensure that adequate supervision is provided by qualified and competent coaches and officials capable of developing
appropriate sports behavior and skill technique.
Ensure there are enough officials to complete league game administration so coaches can coach, referees can referee,
and players can play.
Remember that children participate for their enjoyment and play down the importance of rewards.
Provide clinics aimed at improving the standards of coaching and officiating, with an emphasis on appropriate behavior
and skill technique.
Ensure that parents, caregivers, coaches, sponsors, and participants understand their responsibility regarding fair play.
Ensure laws, rules and regulations match the skill level of children and their needs.
Condemn unsporting behavior and promote respect for all opponents.
Ensure that your behavior is consistent with the principles of good sporting behavior.
Make a personal commitment to keep yourself informed of sound officiating principals and the principals of growth and
development of children.
Coaches will abide by the principals of the Positive Coaching Alliance® Double-Goal Coaching program.
