Industry Programs Coordinator (2009-Present)
Manage all grants and rebates submitted to the council, from application and scr
eening to processing and acknowledgement. Administer the online electronic Grant
s Management System that processes, tracks and reconciles state rebates and fund
ing requests, utilizes Excel to prepare financial reports comparing grant and re
bate allocations against budget, and communicates with points-of-contact in each
state. Generate spreadsheets for Council meetings. Oversee the State Rebate Pr
ogram and disburse funds. Liaise with executives to explain new PERC 2.0 Partner
ship Program and help develop an implementation plan. Organize layout for meetin
gs and trade show exhibits and handle logistics and staffing. Coordinate an annu
al multiday meeting.
Major Contributions:
* Slashed the number of overdue state rebate final reports by more than 100.
* Established an electronic library of more than 300 state rebate final reports,
eliminating inefficient, difficult-to-access hard copies.
* Created an electronic library of rebate and return-funds checks for quick refe
rence.
* Helped write the 2010 and 2011 Industry Programs Business Plan.
* Played key role in writing quarterly board meeting reports for Industry Progra
